Since actively leaving the workforce, I have been
involved in numerous volunteer activities that have helped me to keep my career
skills cultivated. I managed a local church business office, started a web
community for stay at home moms that includes a supporting web page and
coordination of numerous online activities and communications. I have designed
and managed other websites as well. In the past, I have designed
brochures and flyers for local church events and ministries, and worked part
time for a consultant in her home and for Bitshop Inc. on intranet pages.
Currently, I design ad layouts for pharmacy bags, work on websites and other
misc. design projects, and many interior decorating projects.
